NSI Summit 21st March 2019 - The Vox, Birmingham

Roger Kay, Head of Arc & Operations at Banham and David Wilkinson, Director of Technical Services at the British Security Industry Association (BSIA) are at the NSI Summit talking about ECHO - Automating the future of alarm messaging.

Visitors can learn about the ECHO initiative and how it will improve the efficiency of alarm call handling, whilst reducing errors to blue light services. Understand the benefits to ARCs and installers, as well as how it meets the NPCC Police policy of 2020. Find out when ECHO will be operational.
